AN APPEAL
It is hoped that all of us agree
that the better part of the education of a child takes place in the home and in
the family. Where he/she spends the better
part of his/her time. The influence of the environment in which he/she lives
and that of the members of his/her family, and specially his/her parents is
paramount. In fact, it is this Influence which create his /her taste,
temperament, traits and habits.
With these facts in view, we
volunteer to offer a few suggestion to the parents/guardians in a truly,
friendly and comradely sprits. These suggestions are as follows:
1. Watch
the manners of your children. The children should be taught to be graceful,
respectful and obedient. They should be taught the rules of social behavior
like courtesy, decorum and etiquettes.
2. The children should be watched against
developing dirty habits like untidiness, solvency, boisterousness,
quarrelsomeness, abusiveness, obstinacy and obduracy.
3. The
children should be shown appreciations for their good works, good deals and
nice behavior to build up their confidence.
4. The
parents, Guardians and students will cooperate by the rules and regulations of
the Gurukul. Any gave misconduct by the students will make him liable to
punishment and eve he/she may be asked to leave the Gurukul.
